General Function:
Under the supervision of the Leads Qualification Supervisor, she will source out lists for Prospects Database (DB) from various Associations, Organizations or Groups etc. Ensures those accounts qualified are not active or existing ICS accounts. Conducts call outs (first and second level) on campaigned assigned and assists in Principal initiated events.
Quantitative Measurements:
1. Meet assigned number of calls per campaign requirements.
2. Provide accurate and comprehensive information on calls conducted.
3. Achieve timelines and expectations for leads generation.
4. Meet assigned number of target attendees per event
Qualitative Parameters: (day to day activities)
1. Sources lists from various associations, organizations and or groups
2. Conducts call outs for first and second level qualification depending on the approved and assigned campaign
3. Submits report of call outs for first and second level qualification using approved template

Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable about telemarketing
- Good oral/written communication
- Works well with a team
- Easily adapts to different situations/very trainable
- Resourceful
- Computer Literate
- Willing to do admin/routinary work
