Responsibilities:

  • Leasehold Improvement / Renovation (including Layout Designing, Planning and Costings)

  • Facilities Management, Repair and Maintenance

  • Office Equipment Repair and Maintenance.

  • Fleet Management (Acquisition, Repairs, Maintenance and Disposal)

  • Procurement of items / contract / services related to Facilities, Equipment Repair & Maintenance and Fleet Mgt.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Eng'g, Civl Eng'g Technology, Electrical Eng'g, Electrial Eng'g Technology, Electro-Mechanical or any Technical /Mgt. course will do as long as he has extensive experience in above related works or in the field of Civil Eng'g or Architecture.

  • Must have experience in any general services operations such as procurement and facilities maintenance/management.

  • Strong knowledge of office equipment maintenance and fixed asset control.

  • Proven expertise in budgeting and implementing cost-effective measures.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
