HR Assistant / Officer for Recruitment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees aligned with the company’s goals, while
growing a strong talent pipeline. - Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs.
- Collaborate with department managers on regular basis for their manpower requirements.
- Handle placement & all movements of hired personnel, including monitoring & documentation of their
employment. - Assist in manpower development activities and employee events.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least three (3) years full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting
candidates to assessment, interviewing, hiring and placement. - Knowledge in psychometrics, employment and labor laws.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet systems.
- People oriented and able to communicate comfortably in English, both in oral and written.
- Plans effectively; systematic, multi skilled, and well- organized.
- Graduate of a degree course; fresh graduates are accepted.
- A Bachelor’s Degree holder of Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science or any
related course.
