Telesales Assistant (Cebu)
Under the supervision of the Leads Qualification Supervisor, she validates and drills down on important details for Sales on prospects and lead. She runs campaign and non-campaign activities. Likewise, she ensures that leads passed on to Sales have been properly qualified and validated.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly qualify and validate leads developing opportunity in prospects to be handed off to the sales team.
- Prospects and leads for assigned ICS portfolio (i.e., EUC, Enterprise, Cloud Business Solutions).
- Create a superior prospect experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow-up as well as future product sales.
- Design, plan and implement group policies for an enterprise environment
- Source databases to be able to derive new prospects
- Run marketing campaign and non-campaign activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related field.
- At least one (1) year working experience in teleselling or two (2) years in telemarketing preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in conversation
