Sales Administrative Assistant

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good AR
  • Follow up A/R and facilitate collections
  • Assist Account Officer in handling transactions, quotes and SOs when needed
  • Accuracy in report
  • Assist Account Officer in bid preparation and ensure correctness of all documents
  • Assist Account Officer in processing sales requests and ICT documents, and

preparing delivery requirements

  • Prompt coordination of issues and concerns with Account OfficerRequirements:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and an effective planner.
  • Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • At least with customer-related experience or previous IT-related experience is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to assign and report onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
