Manage various input channels such as email, phone calls, personal visits, publications, digital and social media, categorize these for processing, and organize them for safekeeping and retrieval.

Process actionable tasks coming from the categorized inputs when possible.

Prioritize schedule and activities of COO based on agreed upon strategic priorities and the categorized inputs.

| Requirements : |
- Graduate of any 4 year course in a reputable school.

| Requirements : |
- Graduate of a Civil Engineering or a Civil Engineering Technology course with six months to one year experience in the responsibilities listed above. If graduate of other courses, must have 2-3 years experience in work related to the position
