ICS-ICT Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for close administrative supervision of warehouse, quality control, delivery & security personnel to facilitate timely, complete and accurate receiving & delivery of products and after-sales technical support.
  • Manage the relationships among customers, suppliers and support services.
  • Ensure effective coordination between ICS Departments and ICT team, and compliance with Clark Development Corporation (CDC) Freeport requirements.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years logistics management and /or technical experience. Exposure gained in an IT company is a plus.
  • Experience in a supervisory or team-lead post is a MUST.
  • College graduate, preferably of an IT course.
  • Age limit: 35 years old.
  • If hired, must reside in a Pampanga municipality that is easily accessible to/from Clark.

QCG Supervisor

Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise QC inventory monitoring, physical inspection, Quality Control testing and packaging of products for delivery to customer.
  • Responsible for implementing programs to meet group productivity goals & to ensure employee development & high morale.
  • Keep abreast of technology developments that are directly related or may affect the QC Group's main functions.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Graduate of any computer or related engineering course
  • 25 to 35 years old
  • With 1-year supervisory experience in manufacturing/QC technical support functions.

Materials Management Supervisor

Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise receiving, inventory and releasing of IT products
  • Ensure accuracy of records/reports and timeliness of materials management services in support of sales operations.
  • Responsible for performance monitoring and training of warehouse, utility & security personnel.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Female; not more than 35 years old.
  • College graduate with 5 years experience in either materials or logistics management
  • Required: at least 2 years in supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in IT warehouse management is a plus.

Network and Telco Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that ICS network and its component and peripherals are up and running at all times
  • Must also be able to provide on-call production/project support during off-hours (including weekends / holidays)

 

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering, or B.S. in Computer Engineering, or related discipline
  • Competent in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Antivirus, Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, and other desktop applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of LAN/WAN connectivity including Messaging systems, Internet, Proxy, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, TCP/IP (addressing, routing ,sub-netting), leased/frame-relay/satellite links, VPN, VLAN, Structured cabling, PBX, Disaster Recovery, etc.
  • Preferably MCSE, Lotus Domino Certified.
  • Knowledge and competency in UNIX & Linux OS, and ERP experience (SAP BASIS & Oracle DB) would be an advantage.
  • 3 years minimum in the IT industry
  • Analytical, with initiative and drive to achieve results; can work with minimum supervision
  • Possess winning attitude and works effectively with others (good interpersonal skills and strong customer orientation)

Technical Support Engineer (Customer Service Division)

Responsibilities:

  • On-site diagnostic, isolation and assessment of technical problems.
  • Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least one (1) year experience in technical support (hands-on), preferably in an IT company.
  • Must be a bachelor's degree graduate of Computer Engineering or any IT related course.

Qualifications:
