ICS-ICT Operations Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Responsible
for close administrative supervision of warehouse, quality
control, delivery & security personnel to facilitate timely,
complete and accurate receiving & delivery of products and
after-sales technical support.
- Manage the
relationships among customers, suppliers and support services.
- Ensure effective coordination between ICS

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Ensure
that ICS network and its component and peripherals are up and
running at all times
- Must
also be able to provide on-call production/project support
during off-hours (including weekends / holidays)
Qualifications:
- B.S. in
Electronics and Communications Engineering, or B.S. in Computer
Engineering, or related discipline
- Competent
in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Antivirus, Lotus
Notes, MS Outlook, and other desktop applications.
- Extensive
knowledge of LAN/WAN connectivity including Messaging systems,
Internet, Proxy, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, TCP/IP
(addressing, routing ,sub-netting), leased/frame-relay/satellite
links, VPN, VLAN, Structured cabling, PBX, Disaster Recovery,
etc.
- Preferably
MCSE, Lotus Domino Certified.
- Knowledge
and competency in UNIX & Linux OS, and ERP experience (SAP
BASIS & Oracle DB) would be an advantage.
- 3
years minimum in the IT industry
- Analytical,
with initiative and drive to achieve results; can work with
minimum supervision
